Full Service Planning + Design
Planning a celebration comes with hundreds of decisions, and you shouldn’t have to navigate them alone. Our Full-Service Planning & Design experience gives you guidance from the very beginning, helping you define the direction, make confident decisions, and bring each part of the event together. We manage the details, communication, logistics, and event-day execution so you can be present for the process and fully enjoy the celebration when it arrives.
Partial Planning & Design
Partial Planning & Design is designed for couples who want a hands-on role in creating their celebration while having an experienced partner to keep the bigger picture in focus. You’ll take the lead on select decisions and elements you’re excited to own, while we provide guidance, planning structure, design support, and key checkpoints along the way. Together, we’ll keep the process moving forward and make sure each decision supports the experience you ultimately want to create.
Wedding Day Management
Wedding Day Management is for couples who enjoy planning their celebration but want to hand over the responsibility of executing it. Beginning approximately three months before the wedding, our team steps in to learn your plans, organize the remaining logistics, coordinate with your vendor team, and build a clear plan for the day. When the celebration arrives, we take the lead onsite so you can step out of planner mode and experience everything you worked so hard to create.
Showers, Parties & Private Events in Omaha
Not every celebration is a wedding. Renae Events plans and designs bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, birthdays and milestone parties, and galas across Omaha.
You bring the occasion; I’ll bring the plan, the design and a calm, day-of presence.

It depends on how much support you want. Full Service Planning + Design is the most involved because I’m with you from the start; Wedding Day Management is the lightest because you’ve done the planning. After a free consultation, I send a custom quote based on your date, guest count and needs.
